How does AI writer handle 'outlining?'

I. The Emerald Isle
A. Dublin B. Tralee C. Dun Laoghaire

   1. Greystones
   2. Cabinteely
       1a. Cadbury
       2b. Roundtree

II. The Cooker and the Reefer

A. The boot and the bonnet
B. The Carriageways vs the Highways

etc.

P.S. Can I export using OTML and have it go into say Scrivener app or import into say a mind mapping app like Mind Mgr

    or ithought for the iphone or ipad?
